What my letter covers

I send one short letter when a route changes or a reset shifts loot around. I cover Forever beta first through November with zone paths I cleared myself in Zephras Isle and Riverglades. I cover Destiny dungeons second with builds I ran that morning on my Titan. I add vendor price notes when training costs move. I add raid date reminders before December 9 unlocks and before name reserve closes November 3. I never blast daily deals. I never rent my list. I cap frequency at four mails a month except launch week when I send two extra notes with hotfix flags. I write subject lines with dates and zone names so old issues never mislead after patches. I include a two line recap at the top so busy readers catch changes in thirty seconds flat. I rotate topics by season so Destiny builds never crowd out Forever route coverage for long.

How often I write

I keep a steady rhythm readers can plan around. First Sunday holds the Forever route check with lockout notes. Third Sunday holds the Destiny build check with subclass tweaks. Launch week around November 4 adds a short midweek note with queue tips and realm notes. Raid week around December 9 adds a lockout reminder with loot rule samples. I skip a slot when nothing broke and I say so plainly in the next issue. I date every tip so old mail never misleads after a patch. I archive past issues on request through the contact form. I test every route link before send and I fix anchors that moved during theme edits. I attach lockout tables for raid weeks with boss order I cleared on my own realm. I pin launch week issues on the blog index until hotfix noise settles after November 4.

Sign up box

I use the box below and nothing else. I ask for mail address only. I store it with the newsletter plugin on this server and I never sync it to outside lists. I confirm signup with a double opt-in link that expires in two days. I drop unconfirmed addresses after that window. I sign each issue as Ricardo with a reply path that lands in my inbox. I read replies the same Sunday I send. I keep plain text layout for fast loads on phones and I avoid heavy images in mail body. I add bag and gold notes when training costs spike after economy shifts on high pop realms. I thank readers who send proof photos and I credit nicknames they approve for print.

Leave anytime

I keep exit as easy as entry. Every issue holds an unsubscribe link in the footer that works in one click. I process exits within 48 hours and I send no goodbye drip. I delete bounced addresses each month. I keep a suppression note only to avoid future sends to closed boxes. I answer privacy pings through info@thebaconing.com when readers want full removal. I confirm removal in plain text. I never ask why you left, though I read exit notes with care and I file route wishes for next month planning when you share route wishes for Forever or Destiny coverage. I note beta build numbers in Forever issues so readers match steps to their client patch. I list contact paths at the end of each issue for broken links and outdated spawn maps. I prune dead tips each quarter with a fresh pass over links, maps, prices, spawn timers, lockout notes, build codes, patch tags and I mark removed steps with strike notes and fresh dates.
